What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to USA, Canada and Dubai. We are continuously working to  expand, and accommodate requests from customers across the globe.

How long does delivery take?
Usually, orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 8-10 business days.

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes — every order comes with end-to-end tracking, so you can follow your package at every step.

Will I have to pay customs or extra charges?
No surprises here. The price you see is what you pay — we handle the complexities so you don’t have to worry about unexpected customs or hidden fees.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Can I cancel the order?
We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 2 hours of placement. Any requests for cancellations or modifications must be made within this 2-hour window.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’ve got you covered. Reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right — either a store credit or refund.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of international shipping, returns are limited. However, we fully support refunds for damaged or incorrect items.
