At Bhaaratbox, we aim to deliver authentic Indian products with a smooth and reliable experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if your order is missing an item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email us at bhaaratbox@gmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue
    • Description of the problem

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • Store credit
  • Refund

Returns

Due to the nature of international shipping and product categories, we do not accept general returns

If items aren’t damaged but a buyer wants a return for other reasons, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Perishable goods (snacks, food items)
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items without original packaging

Refunds

Refunds are processed under these conditions:

  • Approved cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item
  • Order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order

Refund method:

  • Refunded to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing the order
  • After this window, orders are processed and cannot be changed or cancelled

Shipping Issues

Delays

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs or carrier delays
  • These delays are outside our control and not eligible for refunds
